Yeah, I’m glad that DirectTV has the common sense that VIACOM doesn’t have. Honestly, it’s not enough that they were willing to sue Youtube, now they’re after for more of our money! This company is a prime example of greed! Excuse my language, but fuck you you cum slut! SHOVE IT!

Just now, when I was looking through my cable, this weird message showed on all the channels owned by VIACOM, that includes Nick. VIACOM has cancelled it service with DirectTV because they refused to pay 30% for their channels. With the raise, that will make us pay way more than our bill promises. Good thing DirectTV did the reasonable thing and decided against it. For now, they’re saying that they’re working on an agreement and not to worry about it. I don’t know about that, but hopefully they do without raising the price range.

VIACOM, you’ve just officially become one the scum of the Earth. Fuck you and whoever is supporting this arrangement.

Oh man, I saw this request last night and almost had a heart attack because… I HAVE SO MANY THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS. I really think that Helga would have a lot of issues with the idea of parenthood. Like, she and Arnold are together for awhile and probably even married and he sort of tries to bring up the topic, but she always shuts down about it?

I just imagine Helga is a little bit terrified of the idea of being a mother. She is a little wary of bringing more Patakis in the world to be messed up little gems of neglect and the pressure to be the best. Like, she knows she doesn’t have to follow in her parent’s footsteps, but she still has this sense that it’s inevitable. So she just… decides against having kids? It’s not even that she doesn’t WANT them, she just feels like it’d be irresponsible for her.

But then she probably gets pregnant by accident (despite using birth control/condoms/etcccc.) She really seriously considers abortion and the only thing that stops her is that… it’s Arnold’s. Just… it’s a tiny little Arnold and the idea of that already makes her love it a little and, even though I think he would be understanding and supportive of her making her own bodily decisions, she knows that Arnold WOULD be a good parent. A great parent.

So she keeps it, though she’s basically a wreck the whole time and (in my headcanon) it’s TWINS and when she finds that out she basically has a huge meltdown. And Arnold just does his very best to be there and support her even when she pushes him away. Also, she’s frustrated and can’t smoke and so this is her just sitting on the front stoop with an unlit cigarette feeling very out of sorts.

Basically, I don’t think Helga is going to be happy about being a mom and it takes a lot of pep talks from Arnold to make her feel good about it at all. Of course, she does FINE as a mom, partly because she’s actually a really good and reasonable mix of her parent’s, partly because she wants so badly to not fuck it up and also just because she has Arnold there to temper her and support her.

Hehehehe… Pyrokinesis is useful, powerful, and can make campfires really easily without the need of the old fire starting process.

Also the fires very pretty to look at! Especially when it’s a giant orange afro that was lit!

But don’t worry, I would be the most responsible counselor that teaches kids how to light things on fire with their brains!

What could possibly go wrong?
