I think ATLUS was waaaaaay ahead of its fans in terms of the debates. Did anyone else play/see Devil Survivor 2? The whole concept of it is about extremists fighting for their goals and the consequences of it. Sounds a lot like what’s going on right now.

Yeeeep there will never be a GENUINELY PERFECT FANDOM

They start out pretty great, and then things like this happen… and then it’s like WHY. WHY WOULD YOU DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND RUIN POSSIBLE HAPPINESS FOR PEOPLE??? The return of the Mamoru Hate in the revived Sailor Moon fandom makes me want to cry a whole lot. 

And just the basic disregard for a lot of things.

It’s not something we can escape, sadly. I just hope no certain individuals will go around attacking people. I know verbal insults are common, it’s the physical I’m worried about.

And that’s why you’re a much tolerable person than I am. Believe me, it takes a lot for me to say these things. A LOT. I’m not throwing a tantrum, I just never really cared for Homestuck. To me, it was just…there. I’ve tried to read it, I’ve tried to see the appeal to it, but sadly, it never hooked me. 

So this is what broke the camel’s back. I’m just done.

Denying the existence of something because of some fans?

I did it with Twilight. I can do it with Homestuck.

Have you even check that up. He’s actually terrified by many things the fans do.

My friend just told me he is. I wasn’t cursing at the creator directly, just his creation. However, like I told her, I’m never going to involve myself with Homestuck. Never.

He’s pretty weird, yes, but he’s not just sitting there laughing while some of his fans act like dumbasses. He can’t control all of them and tries his best through messages and posts outside publishing the webcomic. If the creator is not doing anything to even voice against these type of things, then yes, I’ll verbally voice my anger, HARSHLY.
